Our trip to Europe was wonderful well planned and stress free, Danielle sure knows how to plan a great trip. We had all the information we needed between the documents and the Axus app, which was a great quick reference on our phone when needed. From start to finish, Danielle made organising our holiday effortless. She checked in regularly, kept us updated, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Every question was answered quickly. Her professionalism and warmth gave us complete confidence—we knew we were in the best hands. At the end of our holiday, we lost one of the rail documents. Within 10 minutes, Danielle had uploaded a copy into our app and also emailed the hotel so we could print out the rail tickets. Thanks for everything.

We wanted a holiday to remember. I was so overwhelmed and had lots of friends opinions that I google searched for help and I was luck enough to find Danielle - The Grand Traveller. From our 1st meeting I knew I was in good hands. We went through my thoughts, ideas and what kind of life we live. From there Danielle put together our month long holiday. 5 countries, 12 cities, transfers, tours and even suggestions on where to eat and get a good deal. The day came to leave, we had our app (personally monitored the entire trip), we had our trusty white folder she provided with everything printed out and detailed so we didnt have to do anything (tickets, hints and all). 5 stars just doesnt seem fair after the amount of hours and check-ins we received. We felt very looked after and even apart of the family. There is no one else I will ever go to and recommend you reach out to Danielle and experience 1st class customer satisfaction for yourself.
